About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.
This role requires someone who can manage digital marketing activities from strategy to execution while taking complete ownership of assigned projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage the company's presence across social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Create engaging content strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize content based on insights.
SEO & Website Management
- Improve website visibility through SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Coordinate website updates and landing page improvements.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Creative Direction
- Plan and coordinate product photography, lifestyle shoots, promotional videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Hands-on knowledge of photography, videography, AI-powered content creation tools, and basic video editing will be an added advantage.
Lead Generation & Analytics
- Develop digital campaigns focused on generating qualified business leads.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data to maximize marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications

- Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in B2B marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
- Creative, proactive, and capable of managing projects.
- Experience in planning and executing product photoshoots, reels, and promotional videos.
- Ability to coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external agencies.
