Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Home Health Care Taker to provide personal care and support to patients at their homes. The caregiver will assist patients with daily activities, maintain hygiene, monitor health conditions, and ensure comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
✅ Help patients with mobility support such as walking, transferring from bed to chair, etc.
✅ Provide basic health monitoring (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.).
✅ Assist with medication reminders as prescribed by the doctor.
✅ Prepare or assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient and surroundings.
✅ Provide emotional support and companionship to the patient.
✅ Report any changes in the patient’s health condition to family members or medical staff.
✅ Maintain patient records and daily care reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Experience in patient care, nursing assistance, or caregiving preferred.
✔ Basic knowledge of patient hygiene and safety.
✔ Ability to handle elderly, bedridden, or recovering patients.
✔ Good communication and compassionate behavior.
✔ Physically fit and patient-focused.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate in Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Training
- Experience in home healthcare services or hospitals
Working Conditions:
- Work at patient’s home
- Day shift / Night shift / 24-hour duty depending on requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
