Sales Promoter increases brand awareness and drives product sales by directly engaging customers in retail, trade shows, or public spaces. They demonstrate product features, provide information, offer samples, and build customer relationships to meet daily sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing demonstration stands, reporting on sales, and handling customer inquiries. Key Job Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Approach, greet, and interact with potential customers to introduce products.
- Demonstrations & Education: Showcase product features, benefits, and usage through, for example, live demonstrations or presentations.
- Sales Achievement: Drive sales, meet set targets, and process transactions.
- Brand Promotion: Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials (leaflets/flyers) to increase brand visibility.
- Merchandising: Set up and maintain promotional booths, stands, and displays to be attractive and well-stocked.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Record customer interest levels, track sales figures, and report to management.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers and handle queries or complaints.
