Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Kannada Voice Process. Candidates should have good communication skills in Kannada and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
- Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass / PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Fluent in Kannada (Read, Write, and Speak).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
