- Manage and update product listings on the Qnik.in website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock availability.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and marketplace campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and product performance using reports and dashboards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online campaigns, offers, and product launches.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and maintain high-quality product data.
- Resolve marketplace issues related to listings, account health, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, e-commerce trends, and best practices.
