Compensation Analyst III is a key contributor to the success of RRX’s compensation & benefits programs in India. . T he Compensation Analyst III serves as a partner to the local India business, leveraging advanced data modeling and market intelligence to support RRX’s compensation programs. Beyond routine reporting, this role is responsible for leading complex benchmarking projects, and providing data-driven recommendations that align with our growth objectives. As a key member of the team, he/she will bridge the gap between raw HR metrics and actionable talent strategy, ensuring RRX remains competitive and compliant in a dynamic Indian market.
- Core Compensation & Benefits Responsibilities
- Supporting regional compensation and benefits programs.
- Conducts comprehensive compensation and benefits audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory compliance, and to optimize processes
- Coordinates annual benefits renewal activities with regional benefit vendors, providing data and information support, conducting contract reviews, arranging employee communications, and facilitating payment and billing processes
- Assists in the planning, development and redesign of company benefit programs, while also analyzing the associated cost of benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits program design.
- Assists the Total Rewards Senior Manager in implementing educational initiatives, managing change, and facilitating the adoption of new or revised benefits programs.
- Mediate between site HR teams & external vendors related to routine activities and ensure process is running smoothly from both ends
- Analytical Responsibilities
- Lead the generation, maintenance, and deep-dive analysis of HR and compensation reports. Identify complex trends and provide executive-level insights to drive strategic decision-making and long-term talent planning.
- Lifecycle Program Administration: Provide analytical and technical support for the administration of annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, and equity) in India region. This includes architecting complex data validation models, managing budget tracking, and preparing site and BU level reports
- Consultative Project Support: Act as a lead analytical resource for cross-functional HR projects and ad-hoc data requests. Translate business problems into analytical frameworks, providing high-level support for initiatives
- Drive the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of India HR data. Lead proactive audit cycles and implement continuous process improvements with support of HRIS systems to enhance scalability and reporting efficiency.
- Talent Management Support
- Support Regional HR Director in critical hirings by managing compensation fitment, benchmarking roles, compensation negotiations, updating HCM with new hire compensation etc.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the Compensation & Benefit function.
- Compensation and benefits knowledge with demonstrated progressive responsibilities, preferably in the high technology and/or manufacturing industry within global companies.
- Demonstrated English language verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficient with desktop software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; demonstrated ability to effectively utilize HR Information Systems; experience with Workday a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic; ability to interface effectively with employees across cultures.
- Demonstrated attention to detail; ability to translate analyses into concise and clear management reports/presentations.
- A passion for accuracy and problem solving, with a sense of urgency
- Must be hands on with global HCM tools such as Workday and Success Factors.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and able to work on high amount of data
