Cognowiz is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
- Recruit for roles including software developers, data analysts, cloud engineers, QA professionals, and IT infrastructure specialists.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess technical qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Prepare job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Manage candidate communication, offer coordination, and follow-ups.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud, data, QA, and infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Strong candidate evaluation, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. clients or international markets is preferred.
Pay: ₹11,709.88 - ₹43,455.76 per month
