Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor with strong sales experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, converting prospects, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses/programs.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow-ups on leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide proper guidance regarding course details, fees, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections effectively.
- Basic CRM knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
