The Role
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for overseeing our inventory of premium bamboo essentials, managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility, and taking a hands-on approach to ensure orders are packaged and shipped securely to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Physical Inventory: Oversee and organize the physical storage of our stocks, ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and highly efficient.
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Freight: Supervise all "stock in" and "stock out" operations, ensuring accurate logging of received shipments and dispatched D2C and B2B orders.
- Monitor Stock Levels: Keep a close eye on inventory thresholds and proactively alert the management team when stock of specific items is running low to prevent shortages.
- Support Packaging & Shipping: Take a hands-on role in the fulfillment process by assisting with the packaging of products and coordinating outbound shipping logistics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
