We're looking for highly motivated Sales Interns who can build relationships, generate quality leads, assist customers throughout their buying journey, and help drive revenue growth.
Position : Sales Intern
Location: Noida sector 142 (Work From Office)
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives
PPO Opportunity: Available for top performers
Key Responsibilities:
#Generate and qualify high-quality leads for Dooritt's property portfolio.
#Build and manage relationships with Dooritt's developer partners, channel partners, and business network.
#Act as a Relationship Manager (RM) for prospects throughout their property-buying journey.
#Connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and build confidence in their investment decisions.
#Schedule and coordinate meetings, VR walkthroughs, Experience Centre visits, and property site visits.
#Assist customers and partners visiting the Dooritt Experience Centre.
#Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversions.
#Visit developer offices and customer premises whenever required to accelerate deal closures.
#Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions using Dooritt's CRM and internal admin platform.
#Support sales campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
#Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For:
#Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
#Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
#Fluent in both English and Hindi.
#Confident in speaking with customers over calls, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
#Self-driven, proactive, and eager to build a career in sales and business development.
#Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
#Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
#Interest in real estate, startups, technology, sales, or customer success.
