- Set up and operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, and milling uPVC and aluminium profiles.
- Input and adjust CNC programs based on design specifications and technical drawings.
- Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy, durability, and compliance with standards.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance of CNC machines.
- Record production data, machine settings, and completed work logs.
- Work closely with supervisors, assemblers, and project managers to meet production targets.
- Ensure fabricated components are ready for assembly and installation in projects.
Requirements-
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or CNC Operation.
- Experience in operating CNC machines for uPVC and aluminium fabrication preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
- Skilled in using measuring instruments and precision tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
