Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in order processing, customer coordination, Portal Management, dispatch planning, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in batteries, electrical, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and timely execution.
· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
· Track order status and update customers on delivery schedules.
· Maintain accurate sales MIS reports and daily order tracking sheets.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and documentation support.
· Monitor pending payments and coordinate with accounts for follow-ups.
· Maintain customer database and documentation systematically.
· Support the sales team in tender documentation and submission (if applicable).
· Handle enquiries & lead management through IndiaMART & GeM (Govt. e-Marketplace) Portal.
· Respond to IndiaMART enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert into business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
· 2–3 yrs of exp in Sales Coordination in manufacturing industry (Battery/Electrical preferred).
· Proficiency in MS Excel.
· Strong coordination and communication skills.
· Good analytical and reporting skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Experience in dealer/distributor coordination.
· Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,596.39 - ₹34,280.28 per month
