Key responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt, professional customer support across multiple channels, handling travel-related queries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
2. Maintain accurate customer account records and databases; generate MIS reports, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular analytical updates
3. Process flight, hotel, and other travel bookings with accuracy, including ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds; coordinate with vendors and service providers for confirmations
4. Manage daily operational spreadsheets and trackers in Excel; update booking records, pricing sheets, and inventory databases with timely and accurate documentation
5. Liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers; take end-to-end ownership of assigned queries and tasks, ensuring accountability, follow-ups, and timely resolution
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
