We are hiring dynamic Business Development Executives with minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales. Candidates with background in steel, metal, electrical, lighting, hardware or similar industrial products will be preferred.
This role involves client meetings, dealer network development, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
- Meet dealers, distributors, contractors and industrial clients
- Promote company products and build long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales
- BTech or BE Mechanical preferred
- Experience in steel / electrical / metal / lighting / hardware products preferred / industrial products / solar & energy industries
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or reporting
