Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our admissions sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving admission targets, and managing a high-performing team of Team Leaders and Admission Officers. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, sales process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to maximize conversions and business performance.
The Sales Manager will oversee lead management, CRM governance, sales forecasting, and performance tracking while ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing and operations teams. Additionally, the role involves coaching and developing sales teams through regular training, feedback, and capability-building initiatives to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and manage Team Leaders and Admission Officers, set targets, and drive accountability.
2. Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own admission targets, drive revenue, and ensure closures on high-intent leads.
3. Sales Strategy & Conversion Optimization
- Implement structured sales processes and improve conversion rates.
4. Lead Management & CRM Governance
- Oversee lead allocation, ensure CRM hygiene, and monitor follow-ups.
5. Data Tracking & Business Insights
- Track performance metrics, build dashboards, and generate insights.
6. Training & Capability Building
- Train teams, conduct roleplays, and build a strong sales culture.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing and operations teams for better alignment.
