Hyperion Digital is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience creating engaging content for digital and print platforms.
This role is focused on political communication and campaign management, making it an excellent opportunity for designers who understand the dynamics of political branding, public outreach, and voter engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
- Create campaign posters, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and campaign strategists to develop impactful visual communication.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all creative outputs.
- Deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines and fast-paced campaign environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and related design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
- Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Punjabi language proficiency (reading, writing, and understanding) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Punjab's cultural and political landscape.
- Ability to create content and creatives tailored to Punjabi-speaking audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on political campaigns, election campaigns, public affairs projects, advocacy initiatives, or political communication.
- Understanding of political messaging, campaign branding, and public engagement strategies.
