Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading organization based in Trivandrum. As part of our strategic growth plans, we are expanding our business operations to Ernakulam.The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance in Ernakulam area across an assigned territory, managing customer and channel relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve defined business objectives. This role plays a critical part in bridging field-level execution with overall sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market presence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Managing sales in a specific territory/area
· Sales development for one premium products through dealer network and projects
· Driving revenue growth
· Handling key customers
· Leading and guiding sales executives or distributors
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
- Three plus years of experience in sales, preferably in a Senior Sales Executive or Area Sales Manager role
- Good Knowledge in interior or flooring dealer network.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proven team leadership and people-management skills
· Ability to develop and execute area sales strategies
