Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally over phone calls.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and call details in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when required.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
