Executive Assistant / Senior Management
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide personalized administrative and secretarial support to senior management/Partners.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners and senior management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Schedule internal and external meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting notes, minutes, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Type, format, edit, and maintain official documents and correspondence.
- Manage internal and external communication on behalf of senior management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Make travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain databases, records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Arrange meeting rooms, facilities, refreshments, and other requirements for scheduled events.
- Manage office supplies, courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and related administrative activities.
- Operate and coordinate the use of printers, scanners, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Follow professional business etiquette and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Provide additional administrative support to senior management as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar administrative role.
- Experience supporting senior management, Partners, Directors, or leadership teams will be preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent typing, documentation, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Good experience in calendar and appointment management.
- Ability to manage professional internal and external correspondence.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and business etiquette.
- Secretarial, office administration, or related certification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
