Roles & Responsblities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Assist in workforce planning and hiring activities.
- Coordinate job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Track employee performance reviews and feedback.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and development plans.
4. Training and Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
5. Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll coordination and salary administration.
- Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
- Help ensure accurate employee compensation records.
6. HR Policies and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
7. HR Operations and Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and employment documentation.
- Support audits and HR data management activities.
8. Attendance and Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure proper leave approvals and documentation.
- Generate attendance-related reports for management.
9. Employee Engagement and Welfare
- Organize employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.
- Foster employee satisfaction and retention.
10. Strategic HR Support
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
