Job Summary
SS Hyundai Pathanamthitta is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to lead our service front office operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers and the service team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, smooth workflow, and strong aftersales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions related to vehicle service, repairs, and maintenance
- Create job cards, understand customer complaints, and provide accurate solutions
- Coordinate with technicians for timely job completion
- Provide cost estimates, explain repairs, and obtain customer approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain service quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Monitor workshop scheduling and service workflow
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as Service Advisor in automobile dealership
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Good technical knowledge of vehicle service and repairs
- Ability to manage team coordination and service operations
- Basic computer knowledge (DMS/Service software preferred)
- Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical preferred
