PixDynamics is looking for a Support Engineer Lead to manage technical support operations, client escalations, and support team activities.
Lead and manage support operations and team activities.
Handle client issues, escalations, and SLA management.
Coordinate with Development and QA teams for issue resolution.
Monitor application performance and support tickets.
Maintain support documentation and reports.
SQL, REST APIs, and log analysis
Basic knowledge of Python, Kubernetes, and DockerLinux & Windows environment supportJira, Freshdesk, or similar ticketing toolsTroubleshooting and escalation handling
