Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create engaging social media content, captions, and ad creatives aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and sales, including targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and continuously improve content and ad strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand goals, present results, and suggest growth-focused recommendations.
- Maintain a basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends to support content visibility and campaign planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
