Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment: Pick, process, pack, and label online orders quickly from marketplace channels.
- Returns & Damage Management: Inspect returned items, log damage reports, and update inventory status.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners and delivery drivers for timely pickups and manifest generation.
- System & Billing: Handle billing, invoicing entries, and update the Order Management System (OMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Qualification: Diploma in warehouse/Logistics
Experience; Min 1 year of experience
Two wheeler license is mandatory
Location: Kathrikadavu, Ernakulam
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
