Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, Delta) installed in:
- Printing Machines (Rotogravure / Flexo)
- Lamination Machines (Solvent / Solventless)
- Slitting Machines
- Handle VFD / AC Drives / Servo Drives (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Delta):
- Fault diagnosis and parameter setting
- Drive replacement and commissioning
- Attend breakdowns on high-speed machines and ensure minimum downtime
- Perform preventive & predictive maintenance of:
- Electrical panels
- Control circuits
- Sensors (photoelectric, proximity, load cells, temperature controllers)
- Work on HMI systems (fault analysis, basic modifications)
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, PLC logic, and panel layouts
- Support new machine installation, trials, and commissioning
- Maintain breakdown reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and maintenance logs
- Coordinate with production team during machine trials and job changes
- Ensure machine safety interlocks and emergency systems are functional
Qualification & Experience :
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of relevant industrial experience in manufacturing/production environments.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, drives, control panels, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of production machinery.
Benefits & Relocation Package
The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:
- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
