What You’ll Do
As a Contact Center Executive, you are the crucial first link between our clients and their financial goals. Your primary mission is to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and set our sales team up for success. Key Responsibilities: Connect & Qualify: Reach out to clients, understand their loan requirements, and assess their eligibility based on company policy. Pipeline Management: Smoothly transition qualified leads to the sales team and actively follow up to ensure a seamless customer journey. Drive to Close: Keep track of your leads and stay involved until the loan is successfully disbursed.
