Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and sales opportunities for our IT Services and Solutions business. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM management, along with a good understanding of software development, AI solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Qualify prospects using ICP and BANT frameworks.
- Conduct market research and account profiling to identify target prospects and decision-makers.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and account-based outreach.
- Manage and update lead information, activities, and opportunities in CRM platforms.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track outreach performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the IT services landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Sales & Business Development
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Good understanding of IT services, software development, AI, cloud solutions, and digital transformation offerings.
- Experience in lead qualification using MQL, SQL, ICP, and BANT methodologies.
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building capabilities.
CRM & Sales Tools
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
- Familiarity with email marketing and sales engagement tools.
Lead Research & Data Mining
Experience using:
- Apollo.io
- SalesQL
- Lusha
- RocketReach
Communication & Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to engage with decision-makers and stakeholders across different industries.
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA, MBA, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT services, software development, SaaS, AI, or technology consulting sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
