Core Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Optimizing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Communications: Acting as a gatekeeper by screening phone calls, handling correspondence, and drafting memos on the executive's behalf.
- Travel & Expense Management: Organizing domestic/international travel itineraries and processing expense reports.
- Document & Data Preparation: Formatting reports, creating presentations, and maintaining secure filing systems.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact between the executive, internal employees, clients, and external partners.
- Meeting Support: Organizing meeting logistics, setting up technology, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: 1-5 year
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Letter Drafting in English
