Job Opening: Science Teacher (Part-Time)
British Youth International College (BYITC) is a UK-based educational institution dedicated to providing premium learning experiences to children aged 4 to 14 years worldwide. We are currently looking for passionate and qualified Science Teachers to join our growing academic team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive online Science classes through BYITC's app-based teaching platform.
- Conduct 100% live, instructor-led online sessions.
- Teach using the lesson plans and teaching materials provided by BYITC.
- Explain scientific concepts through practical examples, activities, and demonstrations to enhance student understanding.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Complete training and assessments as required by BYITC.
- Attend training sessions, meetings, and professional development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science, or a related field).
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (online teaching experience will be an advantage).
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Passion for teaching children aged 4–14 years.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Child-friendly personality with patience and enthusiasm.
- Reliable laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.
