Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Marketing Engineer to promote our automation products, control panel solutions, and industrial services. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, technical discussions, and generating new sales opportunities in industrial automation and electrical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and electrical markets.
· Promote automation electrical control panels, PLC systems, MCC/PCC panels, VFD solutions, and related products.
· Meet OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end customers to understand project requirements.
· Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for order finalization.
· Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for customer requirements.
· Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Maintain customer database, sales reports, and market intelligence.
· Support participation in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities.
· Coordinate with principals and vendors including Schneider Electric product teams.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
· 1–5 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical panels, or technical sales.
· Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
· Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, MCC/PCC panels, and industrial automation systems.
· Understanding of electrical drawings and industrial processes.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions.
· Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
· Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with Schneider Electric products and solutions.
· Knowledge of industrial automation projects and panel manufacturing.
· Experience in B2B industrial sales and marketing.
