Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily operations through reporting, data analysis, email communication, and document drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Perform data analysis and maintain records accurately
- CCTV Monotoring and preaparing reports
- Handle professional email communication with clients and corporate offices
- Draft official documents, proposals, and business correspondence
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
- Ability to draft professional emails and documents
- Basic knowledge of corporate communication.
- Strong knowledge in internet surfing and searching
Eligibility
- Graduate (any stream)
- 1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
