- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for hospitality operations and corporate roles
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, social media, and campus hiring
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Manage hiring for departments such as:
- Front Office
- Housekeeping
- F&B Service
- Kitchen
- Sales & Marketing
- Reservations
- HR & Admin
- Finance
- Resort Operations
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Ensure timely closure of positions within TAT
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Manage employee documentation and recruitment compliance
- Build talent pipeline for upcoming resort projects and seasonal hiring
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment vendors
- Support employer branding and social media hiring activities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
