Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily market research to identify and qualify new leads within the US AEC market.
- Strong knowledge of standard sales cycles and managing long-term international business pipelines.
- Drive engagement through targeted emails, cold calling, and persistent follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized lead pipeline within the CRM with maximize conversion rates.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments via Calendly to support lead conversion.
- Assist in preparing tailored proposals and collaborate with technical teams for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of engineering outsourcing, CAD/BIM workflows, and architectural, mechanical, and civil design support.
- Proven skills in lead generation, technical engineering pitching, and managing global AEC client pipelines.
- Proficient in using CRMs, email automation tools, and scheduling platforms like Calendly
