Job Summary
Cybertruck Films is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive Cum Content Creator to join our team in Vyttila, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, content creation, and social media management, with the ability to execute marketing campaigns and create engaging digital content.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or creative studio is preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital marketing campaigns and content creation is preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct audience research and campaign optimization.
- Develop digital marketing strategies for company and client projects.
- Maintain campaign reports and marketing databases.
Content Creation
- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Write captions, ad copy, and promotional content.
- Capture photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos using mobile editing applications and other editing tools.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors.
- Participate in company content whenever required.
Website Management
- Update and maintain websites using WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Upload website content, landing pages, blogs, and marketing materials.
Required Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Experience editing short-form videos using mobile editing applications such as CapCut or VN.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience creating mobile-first content for social media.
- Experience using smartphones for professional content creation is preferred.

- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
