About the Role
We are looking for a Core HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions. The role is target-oriented and requires strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and candidate closure skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases, etc.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment pipeline.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Target
10–12 successful candidate closures per month.
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Experience with recruitment portals and sourcing.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
