Positions: Junior Accountant & Senior Accountant
Experience: 3–8 Years
Location: Nashik
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain sales, purchase, cash, and bank entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payment reconciliation.
- Manage bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with showroom sales and management teams.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
For Senior Accountant:
- Supervise overall accounting operations of the showroom.
- Review entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Handle GST/TDS compliance and coordinate with auditors/consultants.
- Prepare MIS and management reports.
- Guide and monitor junior accounting staff.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy in handling financial data and documentation.
- Previous experience in showroom/retail accounting will be preferred.
