Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Tour Operator to manage and coordinate travel arrangements for international clients visiting India. The candidate will be responsible for handling tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel inquiries from international clients and travel agents.
- Design and customize tour packages as per client requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, guides, and other travel services.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Communicate with suppliers, hotels, transport vendors, and overseas agents.
- Manage FITs, GITs, leisure tours, MICE, and special interest tours.
- Ensure smooth tour operations and provide on-trip support to clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Update records, booking details, and operational reports regularly.
- Follow up for payments and confirmations from clients/agents.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of domestic destinations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and travel operations.
- Ability to prepare professional itineraries and quotations.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Any Graduate.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inbound tour operations preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in handling foreign tourists and overseas agents.
- Knowledge of visa processes, ticketing, and destination management.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Positive attitude and team-working ability.
Working Hours: 10 AM TO 7 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
