Job Title: Education CounselorAbout the Role
VProTech Digital is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable training programs and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand students' career goals and provide appropriate guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, training programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, social media platforms, and other online channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning needs to recommend suitable programs.
- Guide applicants through the complete admission and enrollment process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, applications, and admissions in the CRM or database system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and education fairs when required.
- Achieve assigned admission targets while maintaining a high standard of student service.
- Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and educational opportunities.
Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong counseling, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain organized records.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, customer service, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for student guidance are encouraged to apply.
