We are looking for two Junior Diploma Engineers with a background in construction to support the execution and monitoring of infrastructure-related CSR projects. The role will also involve contributing to broader CSR initiatives, documentation, and coordination activities.
- Support planning, execution, and supervision of CSR construction projects (schools, sanitation, community infrastructure, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local stakeholders
- Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation (MIS, progress reports, etc.)
- Support impact assessment and data collection for CSR initiatives
- Contribute to non-construction CSR activities such as community engagement programs and events
- Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory CSR guidelines
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in field environments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Exposure to CSR or development sector projects is an added advantage
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communities
