Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Education Counselor to guide students through the study abroad process. The ideal candidate should have excellent counseling and communication skills, a strong understanding of international education opportunities, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and career pathways.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable countries, institutions, and programs.
- Guide students through admission and application procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students with documentation requirements and application submissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Participate in seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on university requirements, visa regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling, Overseas Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Student counseling and relationship management.
- Sales and conversion skills.
- Knowledge of Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, or other study destinations.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
