Orange Wedding Store is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to strengthen our customer engagement and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, managing customer follow-ups, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a professional and positive attitude.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and online customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into store visits.
- Coordinate appointments for bridal consultations and wedding shopping.
- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM database.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
- Follow up on alterations, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Encourage repeat business through excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and customer retention goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Retail.
- Experience in textile, fashion, apparel, or wedding retail is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
