Job Responsibilities
Digital & Customer Management
- Respond to Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
- Manage online leads and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate table reservations and event inquiries
- Maintain customer databases and records
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback
Operations & Administration
- Raise and track purchase orders
- Compare vendor quotations and negotiate basic pricing
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Follow up with vendors for pending tasks and maintenance work
- Maintain records of purchases and operational expenses
- Assist management with day-to-day business coordination
Marketing Support
- Coordinate with designers and marketing agencies
- Assist in execution of promotional campaigns and offers
- Help manage online listings and restaurant profiles
- Track campaign performance and customer inquiries
General Coordination
- Coordinate with restaurant staff for operational requirements
- Follow up on pending tasks assigned by management
- Ensure timely completion of vendor and administrative activities
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are welcome
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or Excel
- Experience in customer service, operations, administration, or marketing is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
