Job Summary
Utkarsh Global Foundation is looking for an energetic and motivated Fundraising Telecaller to reach out to donors, explain our initiatives, and support our fundraising activities.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound fundraising calls
- Explain our social mission & campaigns
- Maintain donor data and records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Handle basic donor queries & follow-ups
- Coordinate with the fundraising team
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Basic English + Hindi/Marathi
- Confident & persuasive
- Basic computer skills
- Telecalling/sales experience is a plus
