Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Hybrid – Work from home with once-a-week office visit
Work Hours: 4:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Lead Generation Executive to join our team. You will help our sales and marketing teams by finding potential clients, building prospect lists, and supporting outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, tech-savvy, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms.
- Use lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, UpLead, Instantly.ai or Smartlead, and YAMM.
- Maintain and update CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho with accurate lead information.
- Support email campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation.
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working remotely and attending the office once a week.
- Good research and data management skills.
