Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Remote (Candidates based in Pune, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and business growth.
This is a remote opportunity; however, we are specifically looking for candidates residing in Pune, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad to support our business expansion in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
