About the Role
CFound is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to generate clients and promote our professional training programs. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients through online and offline channels.
- Promote CFound's courses in:
- Web Development
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML)
- Game Design & Development
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about course benefits, career opportunities and enrollment.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads until the enrollment process is completed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, educational institutions and referral partners.
- Meet monthly enrollment and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
Eligibility
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates in sales, business development, education counseling or client acquisition are preferred.
- Any graduate or final-year student can apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with students, parents and professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of Web Development, AI/ML or Game Design is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹58,196.84 per month
