We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the US market through strategic outbound prospecting. You will work closely with the founders to identify potential customers, engage prospects, conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, and drive qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target accounts in the US market.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales activity and pipeline targets.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
- Experience selling to US-based customers is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Confident in conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in Bangalore and willing to work from our HSR Layout office during US business hours.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
