We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled ATS Resume Writer to create professional, keyword-optimized resumes that perform well with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of modern recruitment practices, and the ability to tailor resumes for various industries and job roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and optimize ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Customize resumes based on clients' career goals, experience, and target job descriptions.
- Research industry-specific keywords and incorporate them effectively to improve ATS compatibility.
- Ensure resumes are professionally formatted, error-free, and visually appealing.
- Communicate with clients to gather career information and clarify requirements.
- Revise documents based on client feedback within agreed timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience writing ATS-compliant resumes.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Good working knowledge of Canva for creating modern, professional resume layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR), recruitment, or hiring processes.
- Familiarity with different industries and job functions.
- Experience writing executive, technical, or international resumes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn profile optimization is a plus.
