Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, performance analysis, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Develop audience targeting strategies based on campaign objectives.
Set up Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, Conversion, and Remarketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Install and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and landing page requirements.
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Facebook Pixel and Conversion Tracking.
Audience Research and Retargeting Strategies.
Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO).
Lead Generation and Conversion Campaign Management.
Data Analysis and Reporting.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
Copywriting for ad campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
Experience handling multiple client accounts is preferred.
