Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Assemble, install, and configure solar panels, mounting structures, and inverters on roofs or ground-mounted racks in accordance with design specifications and local building codes.
- Electrical Wiring: Run DC and AC wiring, connect solar panels to inverters and the grid, and ensure all electrical connections are secure, waterproof, and compliant with standards.
- Testing and Commissioning: Perform rigorous quality checks, electrical testing, and system diagnostics to verify that installed solar systems operate at peak efficiency and safety.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine inspections, clean panels, diagnose system faults or performance drops, and replace or repair defective components.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety guidelines, utilizing proper fall protection equipment, scaffolding, and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily work, system specifications, and maintenance logs for clients and company reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical work, construction, or solar PV installation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical/vocational program in electrical or renewable energy is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
